Welcome! My name is Torri B., the owner of K’Tor Étair. Here we are dedicated to delivering the best and tastiest baked goods possible for our customers. I started this business during COVID-19 pandemic to keep spirits high during tough times. We believe that no matter the circumstance, everyone deserves to be celebrated and we made sure to provide tasty treats to those in need of a little delicious escape from reality. Here our main goal is “baking the world a better place” one order at a time.

What started for me in a home kitchen has grown into a pastry truck and a brand I’m truly proud of. I’ve always loved creating desserts that feel special, but I also fell in love with the process of building something of my own. Along the way, I learned how to turn an idea into a real business—and now I carry that same intention into everything I create, both inside and beyond the truck.
