Policies

- K'Tor Étair has a strict no-refund policy. All security deposits and full payments are nonrefundable.
 *Any service after payment is nonrefundable.*

- A 50% deposit is required to secure your order and the other half will be due up to the day before pickup or delivery.
*Failure to pay the deposit will result in an unprocessed order.* 

- Delivery is only offered for tiered cakes and will be charged by the mile. 
*Mini two-tier cakes are not included*  

- Please note that inspiration photos are strictly for inspiration purposes only as we will not completely copy another cake design. Designs will be made as similar as possible and tweaked when needed. 

- We do not offer sheet cakes, Pull-apart cakes (cupcake cakes) are offered in replace of the desired cake style.

*Most products contain the following allergens: Milk, wheat, eggs, and soy.*

*We do not offer flavors that contain nuts.*

K'Tor Etair is a fully licensed mobile food truck operating in compliance with all regulations set by the Philadelphia Department of Public Health.
